CaribTutor is the merchant of record. These rules apply to every booked lesson. The server decides the money outcome — this page is the plain language version.
Cancel and the student is refunded. The tutor is not paid for that slot.
The student can still cancel. The lesson fee stays with the tutor. There is no refund.
Tutors cannot cancel this close to start. Reschedule with the student, or contact support for an emergency.
Regular cancel is closed. Use report an issue in the classroom, or mark a no-show on the lesson.
An admin can cancel after start and choose refund or keep-fee. Unpaid reservations are just released.
